Needs evaluation with echo

Detailed Answer:
Rate, rhythm and axis are normal. However, there are t wave inversions in II III and avf, v1-4 and minor St t abnormalities seen in v5-6.
So, possibility of IHD versus structural heart disease is there. However, such changes may be seen in hypertension if patient is hypertensive.
She ll need echo and if normal then stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography.
