Brief Answer:
Rbbb

Detailed Answer:
It's sinus rhythm, regular and normal axis. Qrs is of rbbb(right bundle branch block) morphology and no other significant
St t abnormalities seen.
This is likely a age or hypertension related change however needs evaluation and echo to rule out possibility of coronary artery disease. Patient should undergo echo and if normal then stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography.
All the best.
