Please help me in understanding the X-RAY recently done, both knee pain in since 3 years and not in under any medication, but due health consciousness need to consult to an expert for better understanding.

Thanks for the query

In your knee xrays there is some medial compartment and patellofemoral arthritis which could explain the knee pain. It looks worse on right knee than the left. There are osteophytes seen on both patellae and also medial knee joint line.

This looks like early to moderate arthritis. Physiotherapy should help.
