Brief Answer:
In person Cardiological evaluation and patient correlation recommended...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back to 'Ask A Doctor' service...

I've checked all the attached reports...

The 2D echo and CTMT are essentially reported normal only (the gender of the patient was reported as Male in CTMT, could be erroneous, need to be correlated with the patient)...

The 'T' wave inversion in Lead V4-V6 of the initial ECG may or may not be due to any cardiological abnormalities...However, there can be numerous reasons behind that (starting from age-related changes to cardiac/non-cardiac stress to some degree of cardiac ischemia/reduced blood supply and Oxygen to the cardiac muscles or may even be insignificant finding)...

For these reasons, the patient needs to be fully assessed by the Cardiologist clinically to decide the further course of action...It's also advised to utilize the 'Ask A Specialist' options from your dashboard for this type of concerns...

Nevertheless, the BP (especially the diastolic BP) needs further attention and strict control along with proper dietary and lifestyle modification to reduce cholesterol levels further...

Kind Regards
