Hello

The overall ecg is normal with no significant ischeamic or STT changes. However there is increased voltage of qrs complexes suggestive of lv hypertrophy which could be because of lean and thin physique or because of hypertension.

So it’s advisable to get an echocardiogram done for evaluation.
