I've gone through your query and checked the attached ECG film...

Well, firstly please note, any form of ECG findings should be correlated with the patient in person along with a thorough clinical assessment...

In this case, also, there are some ECG changes noted in the anteroseptal and lateral regions which needs to be evaluated further and correlated with the patient without any delay (a proper in-person clinical assessment by a Cardiologist preferably along with a 2D Echocardiography, cardiac enzymes, serum electrolytes, kidney function test as a part of initial assessment)...management can be done based on the findings...
