It's showing sinus bradycardia with heart rate nearly 50-55 bpm, left axis deviation. Rhythm is regular and no significant St or other significant abnormalities are seen. So, overall, the only significant finding is of sinus bradycardia.
This is usually an age-related change, and bradycardia may be age-related or due to medicines if the patient is taking. However, bradycardia should be evaluated with a thyroid profile, Holter monitoring, and echo, if there is no obvious reason.
