After going through your attached ECG I would like to tell you that standard protocols of ECG has been not followed, as ecg should be done at 10mmV and this ECG is done at 5mmV which is why complexes are of low voltage.
Otherwise ECG looks fine, if patient doesn’t have any symptoms then there is no need of further investigation. Kindly repeat an ECG at standard protocol if possible.
