Question: Dear Sir , Please provide your valuable opinion on exact diagnosis and prognosis for attached ECG0000 of 48 yrs. /male average built with no P/H/O any major ailment.

Hello

There are STT changes in the ecg which suggest old changes of ischaemic episodes along with bundle branch block.

It’s advisable to get an echocardiogram done for proper evaluation under cardiologist supervision.
