Question: Dear Sir, Please refer attached 2 ECG reports, 2 D Echo and TMT report and advise. They belong to a 69 yrs old lady with no co-morbidities such as hypertension or diabetes.

The ecg image attached is showing T wave inversions in v1 to v6 which is suggestive of cardiac ischaemia or could be non specific in female patients.

It’s advisable that patient should consult a cardiologist personally and get an echocardiogram done.
