Detailed Answer:
Hello

After reviewing both the ecg and echo report attached by you I would like to tell you that the ecg is sinus rhythm ecg with normal heart rate, left axis and not significant STT changes.

Also the echo report is well within normal limits. So the overall prognosis is good.
