Brief Answer:
No need to worry. PFO gets closed spontaneously in most of the cases

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for choosing this platform

I have gone through the attachment and checked all the details.
I don't find any reason to worry based on this report.
The repeat neurososnography report is within normal limit.
ECHO shows Patent foramen ovale(PFO) that is shunting left to right.
PFO is very common in premature babies and seen in almost all cases.
It has no hemodynamic significance at this age if the shunting is left to right. It usually gets closed spontaneously without any treatment by 1-3 years of age.
So don't worry and get one repeat echo done at age of one year to check if it is closed or not.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
Regards

I hope this helps.
