Hello

After reviewing the ECG attached by you I would like to tell you that there are some non-specific STT changes and taking into consideration the age and history of hypertension it’s advisable to get an eco-cardiography done as a part of further evaluation.

Echocardiography is advisable because ECG is not strongly suggestive of any underlying pathology.
