Since last three nights I have severe pain on my Penis after Urination and the pain and irritation continues whole night and I am unable to sleep.
Few months back the same problem persist and I have contacted you and I visited the Doctor also.
Request to guide me with proper Medicine and recover the Problem of Pain on Urination.

Could be mostly due to Acute Urethritis

Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that yo have posted pain in penis that you have could be due to inflammation of urethra (Urethritis) .
Get routine urine test and urine culture done to establish diagnosis .
Start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime and Nitrofurantoin along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenc twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
Accidental detection of hypo-echoic lesion in liver needs to monitored at frequent intervals by doing Ultrasound Scanning .
