Suggested few basic health tests...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

There are several diagnostic tests are available. Usually these relevant tests are advised by physician as per evaluation and after detailed medical examination.

Still as per your age, I would suggest few basic health check up tests,

1. Fasting, postprandial blood sugar level, HbA1c.
2. Liver function test
3. Renal function test
4. Lipid/Thyroid profile
5. Electrocardiogram, treadmill test
6. Complete hemogram, urine analysis, chest X Ray

I would suggest you to consult with physician before undergoing any tests.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.

As I mentioned earlier, there are several diagnostic tests are available.

Usually Physician will do relevant blood investigations as per your symptoms and after detailed evaluation.

I would suggest you to do few basic investigations as mentioned earlier. In that, I have already included sugar level, thyroid profile, cholesterol level.

Along with that, do regular blood pressure monitoring.

Thank you very much sir, for your immediate and prompt reply.

I am still giving you trouble and testing your patience sir. Please excuse me and bear with me sir.

One doctor, who is specialized in Gastroenterology has advised me to undergo the test for the colonoscopy, but I have refused to undergo as per his advice. This incident has happened about six months back. Instead of undergoing the test for the colonoscopy, I have undergone a stool examination for the occult blood. I have received the report, yesterday only in which it is showed as "Negative". Whether, still I need to undergo a Colonoscopy test, as advised by the doctor. Kindly advise me, sir. Whether the tests for screening prostate cancer and cervical cancer are required or not sir.

What are the vaccinations, I have to be administered at this age, sir? Kindly advise me, sir.

Thanking you very much sir,

Yours faithfully,

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

Usually Colonoscopy is advised by gastroenterologist to find out any source of intestinal bleeding or lesion.

Though stool analysis shows negative report and still you have symptoms blood in stool /black stool, abdominal pain/spasm, loose motion/constipation due to unknown causes than I would suggest you to undergo Colonoscopy after consultation.

For prostate cancer screening, you can do PSA test after consultation. Cervical cancer seen in females only.

For vaccination, I would suggest you to visit adult vaccination center as vaccination dose and schedule depends upon the previous vaccination status.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.
