Hello,
For patient dhanalaxmi, its Sinus rhythm and No significant ST T or other abnormalities seen. So there are no significant abnormalities here, and further work up according to clinical picture.
For next patient Mr XXXXXXX its Sinus rhythm Right axis deviation T wave inversion in avl, Q in inferior leads, ST elevation in precordial leads likely related to Early repolarisation pattern. So in this patient, there is possibility of ischemic heart disease and needs echo.
