Brief Answer:
Borderline Ecg

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm with normal rate rhythm and axis. However, there is T wave inversion in III and no other significant St t abnormalities seen.
Usually this is a benign and nonsignificant change, however may need further evaluation if patient is symptomatic or any risk factors are present.
So, likely a benign change and needs further evaluation if clinically indicated.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
