Dear Sir, Kindly Opine On Attached ECG
Question: Dear Sir,
kindly opine on attached ECG
kindly opine on attached ECG
Brief Answer:
LIKELY IHD
Detailed Answer:
It's shows SINUS rhythm with left axis deviation due to Left anterior fascicular block with diffuse ST T CHANGES in limb leads. T wave inversion in V6. Also, there is incomplete LBBB pattern with reciprocal nonsignificant ST elevation in PRECORDIAL leads.
So this is suggestive of possibility of ISCHAEMIC HEART DISEASE VERSUS STRUCTURAL HEART DISEASE. So this patients echo and if normal then stress test or CT coronary angiography. Kindly correlate clinically.
