Dear Sir/madam, I Am 38 Year Old Married Man From

Question: Dear Sir/madam, I am 38 year old married man from XXXXXXX I have a fear of being exposed to hiv due to my last encounter with a massage therapist. My story is that, I have visited a massage parlour 10 days back. During the massage I therapist offer me her breast to comfort me. I touched her breast and sucked them for about 2 minutes. And she also gave me hand job without condom. After ejaculation she gave ma a towel to wipe off the semen from my penis.
Now my questions are as follows.
1. Is there any risk of getting hiv through her breast as I don't know her hiv status. I did not noticed any kind of secretion from her nipples but I have a non bleeding score in my mouth. If some thing went in side my mouth unknowingly from her nipples.
2. Is there any risk of getting hiv through hand job as I did not used condom. Or is there any chances of transmission of hiv through the towel that I used to wipe off. If she has a cut in her hand that I didn't notice.
3. I am really worried coz after 8 day of expose I am suffering from muscular pain in my lower legs and also feeling weak. I also add that I am a dietetic and I used insulin.
I am severely depressed due this horror incident and I am not able to concentrate on my work. So my humble request to you to help me out from this grave.
Thanks and regards.

No risk of HIV in your case.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Thakuria,
Welcome to Ask a Doctor Service.
Sucking of breasts and hand job are no risk activities for HIV so you need not to worry because you are not at risk of getting HIV. Muscular pain and weakness are due to other common viral illness but not related to HIV so just calm down, forget the episode and live your life normally. For any further query feel free to ask me again.
Thank You

Detailed Answer:
Dear Thakuria,
Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.
The exposure in your case is not risky so as such no testing is required but still if you want to get tested for mental satisfaction then wait for at-least 15 days then do 4th generation HIV Duos test. The result will definitely come negative so be relaxed, allay the fear or anxiety and move on in life happily.
Thank You
