Brief Answer:
Normal EKG

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor. This looks like a normal EKG, with a normal heart rate, in normal rhythm, with no signs of any heart block or previous heart attacks. There is a little bit of what we call a poor R wave progression in the lateral leads, and some T wave flattening in the same leads, but this finding can be due to several reasons, including lead placement during the EKG, so given that everything else is normal, and assuming you are not having any symptoms related to the heart, I wouldn't be concerned about it.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any questions about any of that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
