Brief Answer:
Nonspecific t wave changes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Sinus rhythm with normal rate, rhythm and axis. However, there are nonspecific t wave changes in precordial leads.
Such changes may occur in ischemic heart disease or with age or in hypertension. So, such patients should undergo further evaluation. So, should undergo echo and if normal then stress test like treadmill test or CT coronary angiography to rule out possibility of ischemic heart disease. If evaluation turned out to be normal then prognosis is good.
So overall, there are nonspecific changes which needs further evaluation.
