Brief Answer:
NONSIGNIFICANT changes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm. Background tracing is not available for interval calculations. There are early rbbb changes and st elevation in early precordial leads likely physiological.
So, overall there are no significant abnormalities and changes are probably age related. Further work up if patient is having any symptoms.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
