Brief Answer:
Thalassemia trait needs only genetic counselling.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on Ask a Doctor service.
The haemoglobin electrophoresis report shows elevated HB A2 and Hb F.
These values suggest thalassemia trait or thalassemia minor.
There is mild anaemia with microcytic hypochromic blood picture.
Thalassemia trait will not cause any problem to you, however, your partner also needs to be tested for haemoglobin electrophoresis to rule out any abnormal haemoglobin.
Your partner should not have similar haemoglobin profile else there are chances of transmission of abnormal gene to your children.
In addition, your children should undergo haemoglobin electrophoresis early in their life.

Thanks and take care
