Brief Answer:
Patient is having a thyroid dysfunction which usually has a good prognosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query/reports and here is my opinion.

1)Diagnosis is Thyroid dysfunction.

In one report, there is Eu-thyroid status.
In another,there is Hypothyroid status.
And in the last, there is borderline hyperthyroidism.

2) Prognosis of thyroid dysfunction is good, with proper treatment and medical supervision.

If there is hypo functioning of thyroid and underproduction of hormone, the hormone replacement is done in the form of levo thyroxine, empty stomach daily.
Dose is titrated as per thyroid function tests which are usually repeated every 2 to 3 months.

If there is hyper functioning of gland with over production of hormone, drugs like Carbimazole are used.
A pro drug for methimazol, carbimazole is used for treatment of hyperthyroidism which plays a role as an anti thyroid drug.

3)Such results are usually obtained, during the treatment of hypothyroidism, primarily because of over correction.
These might be obtained if hyperthyroidism is getting over corrected by the anti thyroid drugs, during the course of treatment.

The investigations should always be read in context of the patient so I request you to share the patient's profile, symptoms, comorbidities and drug history.
Investigation,if read in isolation has hardly any clinical value and clinical significance.

Waiting for your revert.

Best regards.
