Brief Answer:
Reports are suggestive of left optic neuritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have seen the attached reports. 1. The likely diagnosis is left optic neuritis. 2. It responds very well to treatment with steroid injections (methylprednisolone). 3. Prognosis is good in most cases. Some patients may have recurrence of this condition in future and some may also develop multiple sclerosis in future.

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
