Diagnosis is Duanes syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hi thanks for the question . The diagnosis is Duanes syndrome and its present since birth and is due to abnormal development of the nerve supplying muscles of the eye . There is no hundred percent cure as the nerve cannot be changed but the surgery can be done to reduce the deviation and subsequently improve some alignment of the eyes . Hope my answer helps you .
