After going through your medical query and reports attached by you I understand your concern and I would like tell you that your ECG is normal but considering your age an Echocardiography is advisable to check heart function.
Blood reports are fine but urinalysis is suggestive of Urinary Tract Infection for which she need a Urine Culture and an antibiotic to cover for UTI.
