Brief Answer:
EEG and USG are unremarkable.

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Your ECG tracing is with in normal limits but looking at your age,you can go for 2D echo to rule out any cardiac pathology.

USG is indicative of a fatty liver but it is a benign finding of fat deposition on liver associated with the advancing age.
This does not cause any liver dysfunction in long run.

Try to avoid fatty greasy meals and have more of fingers.
Keep yourself well hydrated.

Your kidney function tests are normal except a marginal imbalance in electrolytes.
To keep the potassium levels under check, avoid citrous fruits, banana, coconut water and foods with high potassium.

Please share your symptoms for clinical correlation.
It is not right to interpret investigation reports in the absence of clinical scenario.

Waiting for your revert.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
