Brief Answer:
Changes related to spondylosis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the reports attached. The reports revealed drying and shrinking discs with few osteophytes and disc bulge. These changes indicate signs of spondylosis. The spondylosis are more evident in the cervical spine (cervical spondylosis) and there are similar changes in the lumbar region too.

Clinically cervical spondylosis can cause vertigo. However I will request the patient to consult a neurologist whenever feasible to rule out other causes of vertigo.

Cervical spondylosis is an age related condition. Invariably most people develop these changes, but at 35 years, it seems a bit premature. There is no treatment that will reverse the changes. However the progress can be halted / slowed down with appropriate treatment and physiotherapy. So with good treatment, the problem can be stabilized.

Hope this answered your query. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Physiotherapy...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is important to consult your doctor and discuss the cause of spondylosis since it seems early. If there is any identifiable cause it should be rectified.

Yes, cervical collar helps. I would also recommend physiotherapy and neck exercise (if there are no contraindication) done under guidance of qualified physiotherapist. You may be advised supplements too.

While a neurologist assess the cause of vertigo, I will also recommend you consult an orthopedician (after the lockout is lifted) to discuss the treatment options and future follow ups.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any other information.
