is it normal or abnormal

Hello

After reviewing the ECG report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ECG with no significant STT changes although there are some non-specific changes and if the patient is hypertensive or diabetic or is having some sort of symptoms like breathing difficulty or just discomfort then it’s advisable to get a stress echocardiogram done to rule out any underlying cardiac pathology pathology.
