Dear Doctor, I Am Wondering Which Medication Is Better In
Question: Dear doctor, I am wondering which medication is better in your opinon for anxiety - some of the thoughts that I have are that something bad will happen to my family or my children (car accident, bad fall, drug addiction, freak accidents etc) - and i am a chronic overthinker and over worrying personality. I will be paranoid someone is upset with me if they are acting a bit unusual. Also, I am very easily irritated and quick to anger especially with my husband and this leads to problems in the marriage.
I want to know if you suggest Zoloft or Lexapro - my doc has offered these options. My BIGGEST fear is weight gain because i am extremely sensitive to medications. I wonder which of these meds causes less weight gain and is better for my symptoms.
