Can ecosprin may be added ??.
Ultrasound scan needed to detect fetal cardiac activity.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
I have seen all the attached reports and the medications you are taking. If you had a miscarriage earlier it does not mean that you will again have miscarriage. The medicines prescribed to you are correct. Her blood pressure records need to be maintained properly and she should consult a gynecologist every week for proper blood pressure monitoring. Tab. Betacap plus will also help in lowering the blood pressure. Try to have a low salt diet. Ecosprin can be added for a better placental circulation. She needs to have an ultrasound scan to detect the cardiac activity and normal placental attachment.
She can continue with her daily activities if there is no pain or bleeding. Absolute bed rest is not needed as of now.
Continue with a healthy diet and medicines prescribed to her.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Is Progesterone helpful for averting miscarriage.can progeston e be continued till delivery. What dose of Ecosprin is advisable & duration.
She is feeling palpitations whether it is due to pregnancy or anxiety.
Do you know any gyanocologist in XXXXXXX for consultation.
Regards.

Details below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing back.
Progesterone helps in providing support to the growing placenta and reduces the chances of miscarriage. It is usually continued till 14 weeks.
Ecosprin is given in a low dose of 75 mg daily and can be continued till term.
The palpitations can be related to pregnancy, anaemia- low levels of haemoglobin, anxiety or a high blood pressure. She needs to consult her gynaecologist to find out the exact cause.
For consultation in XXXXXXX you can contact Dr Dipti XXXXXXX or Dr XXXXXXX Shah.
The feeling of some discharge coming out at this stage can be due to a vaginal infection or excessive stress. This can be detected after a direct physical examination.
I hope this information will be helpful for you.
Regards,
Dr Rakhi Tayal.

Would it be advisable to carry out usg as doctor is advising to carry out ultrasound on 23.10.18 so that appreciable development could be seen.
Please advise regarding diet.
Precaution to be adhered.
If some bleeding come what should be done on emergency basis or any medicine could be taken in emergency scenario while approaching to doctor.
Can dry fruits can be taken.
Symptoms of miscarriage ( symptoms will errupt prior to miscarriage) like cramp in abdomen.
What medicine we can maintain in first aid box pertaining to delivery in home.??
Details below.
Detailed Answer:
You can get a ultrasound done now also but if there is no bleeding or any other problem then you can wait till 23rd as your gynecologist has advised.
She needs to have a healthy diet and small frequent meals. Avoid having spicy foods. Adding green vegetables and milk to the daily diet will help.
Precautions- Avoid any heavy work like lifting heavy weights, climbing stairs too fast, driving a two wheeler, intercourse.
In case of bleeding, it is best to lie down and get to the hospital as fast as you can. No medicine can be given without properly finding out the cause of bleeding after an examination.
Dry fruits can be taken in moderate amount.
Symptoms of miscarriage vary from person to person. These can be pain or bleeding or both.
Delivery cannot be done with the help of a first aid box. Consulting a gynecologist and proper monitoring of vital parameters is of prime importance.
Regards.
