Brief Answer:
Uric acid level estimation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Yes, based on the symptoms you have I too suspect it to be gout. One of ways to determine gout is to get a serum Uric acid levels estimated.

If the uric acid level is high then medications to either decrease production of uric acid or ones which excrete the uric acid may help.

Meanwhile do take NSAIDs like Tab Motrin 400mg twice daily for two days whenever the pain in the joints is unbearable.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
Not a matter of concern

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

Sorry, for not getting your question right for the first time.

No, the lymphocyte count should not matter in concern with gout.

In case of long term fever or cough, the high lymphocyte count will give a hint into the diagnosis.

In the result you shared is marginally deranged , this must not be a matter of concern at al.
