Brief Answer:
Needs further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After reviewing the ECG report and the medical history provided by you I would like to tell you that the ECG seems to be within normal limits.

However taking into consideration the age group of the patient and history of diabetes and hyperlipidaemia it’s important to valuate the patient further with the help of TMT or stress echocardiography.

Prognosis can only be assessed after evaluation.

Kind Regards
