Brief Answer:
details of complications and treatment as below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query with attached report card.

* As per my clinical experience, the Thoracic outlet syndrome is associated
with various symptoms depending upon the nerve, artery and vein
compression like

- pain over arm, shoulder, neck
- tingling, numbness, weakness of fingers
- coldness of fingers
- swelling of arm
- muscle wasting
- headache
- others

* Further complications include

- increasing intensity of pain, numbness
- ischemic gangrene of fingers
- repeated blood clots of upper extremeties
- poor postural adaptations , over weight conditions add on the symptomatic
severity

* Management is multi modality approach such as

- weight reduction
- stretching exercises
- assisted physiotherapy
- analgesic for pain control such as naproxen or others
- arm elevation during day time with arm sling
- surgery in refractory cases

* Surgery includes various options such as removal of extra rib or others.
The complications and care of post surgery period depends upon the type
of procedure and its complexity.

However, if you can provide me further details of your case as below, I would be able to guide more precisely in this matter.

1. What are current symptoms ?
2. Duration of problem with progress since beginning.
3. Current therapy.
4. Whole MRI report if available as PDF format.

Awaiting for your favorable response.
Regards.
