Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to ask a doctor,
Thank you for your query.
I understand your concern.
Well looks like you have a sensitive stomach with lots of anxiety and stress.
Try following things and see how you feel
1) go for regular walk, exercise regularly
2) try yoga and pranayam
3) avoid excess tea coffee aerated drinks and junk food
4) sleep on time
5) avoid stress as much as possible
6) tapering of librax is important can be substituted by group of drugs like SSRI / SNRI which can be prescribed by your doctor (not to be taken without doctors advice) only which will help you to curtail your symptoms and taper librax over next once month or so. it will help your anxiety stress and mood swings too. they need some time for effect to come and need to be continued for long duration as per advice of your doctor.
Hope this answers your query.
Happy to help.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
