I have gone through your query and here is my suggested diet plan.
Morning 6AM.... Lukewarm water with honey and lemon for detox
8AM....Breakfast consisting of 1 bowl of oats,few nuts and black coffee (unsweetened).
11AM..... Sprouts- 1bowl
2PM.....Lunch consisting of 1 flour bread (with out ghee or butter),1 bowl each of mixed vegetables and lentils
4PM.....1 cup of buttermilk (fat free)
6PM....1 Apple,a cup of green tea
8PM......1 bowl each of steamed rice and seasonal vegetable,plentiful of salads.
This can be the basic structure of your diet plan and you can do minor variations according to your choice and preferences.
Low calorie diet should always be coupled with physical exercise and mantaince of an active life to achieve maximum results.
