Do Amway Products Help In Weight Loss?
Question: Sir, Amway local person advised me to take 1) Natural B + 2) Garlic heart care table, which help me to reduce my high uric acid level, is it ok. Kindly advice.

NUTRILITE B is a B complex vitamin tablet and GARLIC HEART CARE is used for cardiovascular health as it contains garlic in it.Both these products have no role in reducing high uric acid level in the body.
There are two ways by which one can reduce high uric acid levels.
One way is to take medicines and other way is natural.
Natural ways are as follows...
1.. Avoid products containing high purines like meat,poultry and sea food.
2..Avoid peas,mushrooms,cauliflower,asparagus
3... Avoid alcohol and sweetened beverages.
4...Avoid high protein diet
5... Drink plenty of water.
6...Take celery seed extract,cherries,tomatoes,grapes etc.
If your uric acid levels are very high,then in addition to above said measures,you must take proper medications meant for reducing the blood uric acid levels.You must consult a doctor for that.
