Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

There are no serious interactions between any of the medicines you are taking.
But, yes some of the medicines have same action and can be avoided.

Esofag/ Veloz/Razo all have similar actions and you can take any one of them.
Velgut and Prepro have similar actions and you can take any one of two.
Udiwok and udihep have similar actions

Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Hi Dr Kini
1,Thnx

2. With these medicines,I still do not get a feeling that I have emptied up particularly the first bowel in the morning takes unusually long time.Though I have to ease myself three/four times a day, particularly after 1/2 hours of having taken some food in a day .Constipation like feeling always even after clearing bowels.

3.Appetite has considerably reduced, though no indication of any Hepatitis,blood/black stools.

4.Loosing weight ,may be due to a very little food intake.I do go for my morning/Evening walks, but the pace which I used to walk has almost reduced to halfand time reduced to 20/30 mins, I feel breadthlessness and tired ,compared to nearly one hour of comfortable walk earlier.

5.I hate to be asked for taking food.

Please advise

Answer is given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Taking your age and symptoms into consideration, I would advise you to get stool occult blood test and endoscopy done.

For relief from constipation, you can take Cremadiet Duo 2 scoops in 250 ml of water in the night.
For gastro-related issues, you can continue taking Esofag D

Please let me know if you drink alcohol..

Dr.R.K.
