Goji berries have been implicated in everyday problems like lack of sleep, general health, loss of weight, diabetes etc but no study has proven it to be any better than other berries. It is good in the sense that it have vitamins and minerals but no added benefit to improve health or any specific disease.
Here is what I suggest for general
1. Drink at least 3 litres of water per day
2. I recommend starting the day with 1 glass of warm water with a dash lime and 2 spoonful of honey
3. Do not skip breakfast. Let your everyday lunch and dinner have lots of fruits and vegetables
4. avoid fried food as much as possible
5. restrict your fat intake by avoiding food rich in fat like butter and cheese
6. don't forget to exercise for atleast 30 min a day
