Brief Answer:
No need for cyancobalamin injection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I already reviewed the values that you mentioned in the query.
The red blood fell count is higher than normal.
In pernicious anemia it is usually lower than normal.
I also recommend to check the folic acid level and vitamin B12 level for further evaluation.
Meanwhile,I don't recommend taking cyancobalamin injection.
In case that the vitamin B12 level is lower than normal you can take it orally.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
