Do I Have A Risk For STIs From Frottage And Penile Simulation With Hands Without Penetration?

Question: Hi. I am male, 31 years old.
I recently had a sexual exposure with a woman. We did not have vaginal/anal sex or oral sex.
She did give me a handjob and I rubbed my penis on her buttcrack (frottage). I have been told that these activities are safe sex and won’t transit STIs.
Do I have a risk for STIs? Should I be tested? Can I have sex with my regular partner without fear of infecting her?
Thanks for your time. XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
No risk of STDs
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
There is no risk of STDs including HIV from this particular physical contact. STDs are only transmitted through unprotected sex where there is exchange of infectious fluids or contact with infected mucosal surfaces. Not through a Handjob or skin to skin contact.
Regards

Thanks, doctor, for the quick response.
Just to confirm, do I have any concerns with herpes? Since that STI is transmitted through skin to skin contact?
Thanks!
