i took my blood sugar level again at 4. its was 88. the last i ate was 12. then i ate again at 6:30 and took it again at 8:30 and it was 88 again. do u think the 122 reading could be a fluke?

Yes, it can be also normal. Maybe what you eat the night before the day when glucose was 122 was something that took longer to digest. Do not worry much about it. If you are overweight it would be better to try to lose weight because there is risk to go in diabetes.
