As per the details given by you the first thing which causes Right upper quadrant pain is gastritis or acid peptic disorder.
Taking high doses of Tylenol followed by alcohol followed by Tylenol may causes gastritis or acid peptic disorder.
Frequent urination may be due to urinary tract infection resulting from infection in urine as a result of dehydration.
Infection any where in body causes fatigue.
As you are detoxifying from opiates the pain in mild loose motion could be a result of withdrawal also.
As of now few suggestions are-
Take over the counter antacid like Omeprazole twice daily.
Go for a urine and stool routine sensitivity test to rule out infection.
Avoid Tylenol or any anti inflammatory.
Drink plenty of water around 3 litres a day.
Take soft diet.
If possible home cooked light food for few days.
follow up with reports .
