Hello,

Well, if there's no family history of uterine/cervix cancers, no history of abnormal pap smear results in the past 5-10years or no history of any risky encounters(sexual) and 3 or more normal pap smear studies in the past 10years then you don't need a pap smear after the age of 65.

That being said, if this is your first/second time or your treating doctor's suggesting this due to any particular reason or scheduling the pap-smear after a period of more than 10years, then you'd certainly need a pap smear study for baseline analysis.
