Do I Need To Go Through Surgery To Removed I Have Couple Of Black Small Spots ?

Question: I have couple of black small spots on my left side of forehead caused by sunburn in my childhood.

They started getting visible in 2012.

Do i need to go through surgery to get them removed or is there any else medicine to cure those.

Black pigmentation can be cleared with the help of skin lightening cream.
You can use depiwhite cream in night and sunscreen in morning.
Do this daily for at least 3 months.

Hi Doctor,

Thankyou so much for the quick response.

Just had a follow up question.

When using this cream at night do i need to apply it only on the affected area or can i use it on entire face, since i had acne on cheeks too and there are small light spots on cheek itself but they are not sunburn spots like the one i have on forehead.

Lastly, any sunscreen with spf 30 of spf 50 i can use right ?

You can apply the cream on entire face.
Yes any sunscreen with spf 50 is fine.
If you still get acne lesions then use sunscreen with spf 30 as spf 50 would be thicker.
