Do I Need To Seek Medical Help I Took 2 500 Mg Capsules Of Extra Strength Acetaminophen?
Question: I took 2 500 mg capsules of extrsstrength acetaminophen and then forgot and took 2 more about 90 minutes later. That gives me about 5000 for the day. I take it for arthritis. Do i need to seek medical help? I weigh 380 pounds at 5'8. It has b.f pen almost an hour and have not had a y symptoms yet

If 5000 mg is including the two doses you took 90 minutes later, then the total dose you have taken is more than the maximum permitted dose. The toxic dose is however more than that.
Acetaminophen overdose affects the liver.
Hence I would advise you to seek medical help immediately for the test and for examination.
