Do I Need To Start Thyroid Medication My Neutrophil/WBC Counts Started To Dip And I Feel May Be Related To This TSH Level?

Question: I have elevated TSH levels since 7-8 years now. T3/T4 are normal. Doctor had told it is subclinical and had asked to visit if I have any symptoms.
I don't have any symptoms, but my Neutrophil/WBC counts started to dip and I feel may be related to this TSH level.
