Do I Need To Take Any Medication Or Restrict Any Food While Having High Uric Acid Level?

No medicine needed unless joint pain
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
Medicine is not needed unless there is joint pain alongwith high uric acid.
You can take lifestyle precautions to lower uric acid. These include excluding foods that can increase uric acid. In general high purine foods avoided and low purine foods taken.
High purine foods are fishes like anchovies, sardines, herring, meats including liver, kidney, meat extract, yeast
Moderate purine foods are fishes, legumes, meat, peas, shellfish, spinach
Low purine foods are eggs, fruit, grains, milk, noodles, nuts
Also drink cleaner water and hygienic food.
Recheck uric acid after 3 months of instituting the above measures.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

I am suffering pain in my knees, below knees as well, foot (at the bottom), sometime early morning stiffness in my calf muscles with bit of pain.
Then take medicine
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Knee pain can be many reasons. Gouty pain usually occurs in attacks of bad pain that are worse at night. Then prophylaxis is taken to avoid the attacks. For prophylaxis (i.e long term use) Febuxostat or allopurinol can be taken for few weeks. Sometimes this medicine is given to lower uric acid for any non-gout joint pain. So you can take it under observation of an orthopedic surgeon. Recheck after 3 months.
Also avoid alcohol and high/moderate purine foods.
