Do I Need To Take IPill In Morning After Sex At Night?

Question: Had sex yesterday , using condom. I’m not sure if he pulled out or cummed inside. I saw him take the cindi. Off when done outside if me. So I need to take morning after pill? I’m sure I’m in my ovulation prime as I spotted today and feel sore breast
